Duke DeTain is a police officer working for the department in LEGO City.

History

I was in a REAL POLICE CHASE!

Serving as the supervisor for the day's Cops and Robbers training exercise, Duke DeTain convened with the No Limits crew at the Police Training Academy. He emphasized the importance of assigning one member to portray the criminal, leading to Jason being reluctantly selected by his colleagues to take on the role of the robber.

Subsequently, Duke received a call about an actual bank robbery, directing the No Limits crew to apprehend the suspect, who turned out to be Jason himself. As the crew pursued him, Jason, alongside two accomplices, managed to evade capture. In response to Duke's request for descriptions of the two criminals, Wanda provided insights into their physical characteristics and remarked on their apparent lack of intelligence. Duke quickly deduced that the individuals in question were Nick Smash and Daisy Kaboom, asserting the necessity of their capture. Following this, Duke and the police took a break at Donut Dane's shop for coffee.

Upon realizing that Daisy and Nick were genuine criminals, Jason ingeniously thwarted their escape by crashing into the donut shop, becoming ensnared in the sign, which caught the attention of Duke and the other officers. With the two criminals apprehended, Duke commended Jason for his cleverness, suggesting that he could be a valuable asset to the police force, before taking a donut from him.

We Meet the Fans - NOFACE REVEAL!

Duke DeTain and the other citizens reached the location where Bytz had stopped No Face's truck. Only to discover that the truck was being operated from a distance. When Ellie contacted Bytz and disclosed her hidden identity, Duke DeTain and the rest of the group discovered that No Face was actually Ellie.
